  1.   Purpose of the Terms and Conditions

The purpose of these Terms and Conditions is to comprehensively outline the conditions for using the www.wolmap.com website and the Wolmap application, as well as the terms for utilizing the services provided by Wolmap. It also sets forth the rights and obligations of Wolmap Ltd., Users, and Service Providers.

The scope of these Terms and Conditions extends to the use of services available through the Website and the Application, as well as the key terms related to these services.

1.4. Personal Scope

These Terms and Conditions apply to all individuals visiting the Website, using the Application, or utilizing any services offered by Wolmap. Users and Service Providers must accept these Terms and Conditions during registration on the Website or Application and commit to adhering to them upon first use of the Application.

1.5. Temporal Scope

The temporal scope of the Terms and Conditions extends from the time of acceptance until the termination of the contract regarding specific services, or until the User deletes the application.

  1.         Presentation of Wolmap Website and Application

2.1. Description of Wolmap

Wolmap is a map-based mobile application that allows users to view nearby service providers in a map-based display, filtered according to the preferences of the service provider, along with additional detailed information. It also allows service providers to communicate their services and programs to Wolmap users in a unique and efficient manner, with customized settings and details matching their service scope.

2.2. Features for Users

The Wolmap mobile application enables users to search for events and service providers anywhere in the world, primarily nearby, to quickly find desired activities or services. It also ensures that information provided by service providers reaches users as swiftly as possible.

2.3. Activity Logging

The mobile application also offers users the ability to log activities anywhere in the world, based on their current location, using selected emojis representing activities. Users can optionally add photos, short descriptions, and dates to create a digital memory book. These logged activities can be filtered and viewed at any time, and users can delete them as well. Users can log previous life events as well, not necessarily in real time. The map can also be navigated, allowing users to record activities at any point in the world, not just their current location.

2.4. Web-based Administrative Features

The landing page for the Wolmap mobile application and its service provider interface is accessible through a web-based admin panel. Service providers and users wishing to create events can create, manage, and delete their services/events on the Website, accessible at https://wolmap.com. The service provider's admin panel can be accessed directly at https://admin.wolmap.com/auth

2.5. Approval of Events and Registrations

All single events and new service provider registrations must be approved by the Wolmap admin.

2.6. Data Handling

Wolmap’s Privacy Policy outlines how service provider and user data is collected and used, which is submitted via the Application or the web-based admin panel. Both service providers and users can review how their data is used by Wolmap Ltd. at any time via the Application or the web interface.

2.7. Business Model

Wolmap Ltd. operates a service provider-centric business model but offers a user-focused experience. The goal of the application is to help users quickly find desired activities nearby and to ensure that registered service providers can efficiently and effectively communicate their services and information to users.

2.8. Development and Testing

Wolmap Ltd. continuously conducts research to improve, test, and refine Wolmap. This includes analyzing available data about users and service providers, conducting surveys, testing new features, and debugging.

Wolmap Ltd. strives to maintain the security of its products and services. If Wolmap Ltd. becomes aware of content or behavior violating these Terms and Conditions or other legal provisions, it will take appropriate action, which may include contacting the individual, offering assistance, removing content, deleting the account, or contacting law enforcement authorities.

2.9. Restrictions and Data Sharing

Further information on restrictions imposed by Wolmap Ltd. regarding the use of Wolmap is available in the later sections of these Terms and Conditions. Wolmap Ltd. may access, retain, use, and share data collected from users and service providers if it believes, in good faith, that such actions are required or permitted by law.

  1.         Communication with Registered Users and Service Providers

Wolmap Ltd. may send messages, such as emails, to users and service providers to respond to inquiries, provide information about product updates, changes, surveys, or terms and conditions. In addition to email, Wolmap Ltd. or its representatives may also contact users and service providers by phone.

5.2. Registration

Full use of services requires registration. For successful registration and full use of the services, users must have a valid email address and internet access.

5.3. Deleting Registration

Wolmap has the right and obligation to delete the registration of users or service providers if it is conclusively proven that they registered with false information. The user/service provider will be notified via email of the unauthorized registration, and within five (5) days of receiving the notification, they must prove their registration eligibility. If proof is provided within the deadline, the registration will be reinstated; otherwise, it will be permanently deleted from the Wolmap system.

Both the service provider and the user may delete their accounts at any time.

5.4. Password Change, Forgotten Password (for email-registered users)

Users can change their password at any time via the app. Wolmap Ltd. strongly recommends users regularly change their passwords and avoid sharing or storing them in accessible places.

If the user forgets their password, they can request a new one by clicking the "Forgot your password?" option on the login page and entering their registered email address. Wolmap will send a password reset link to the provided email address. After logging in with the new password, users can set a personalized password.
